Wbr*warner bros./nonesuch $4.22

[quote=Debbieharrs]What did it say on your bank statement, the same as your original purchase but for $4.22? I’ve had a look though my bank statements and can’t see any additional payments.

Where does it say that it cost $5 for the subscription? I’ve looked through my order receipt and can’t see any reference to it.

I got charged in April which is kind of what I expected since I bought the album then, along with a partial payment of the purchase itself. I got another 5 dollar charge as well as the remainder of the purchase payment in may. I got yet another 5 dollar charge early in June. I thought it was just a process pending that would cancel itself out but it’s almost July and the purchase is still there.

This is the confirmation order I received in April. It seems that others who’ve shared this information have different things charged. For example, some posters have their remixes listed as 0.00 but were charged for Burn it Down.

Wow i had no idea. But yeah I would have freaked out if it were a monthly fee and thank all of you for clarifying. I thought it was 20 dollars just because it was pre ordered.

Here is an email that I sent to customer service and their response to me… Hopefully it clarify’s some of your guys’ concerns.

I would like to cancel my monthly subscription to the Living Things Remixed
. I did not realize I would be charged $4 a month and it is not worth it to me.
If you could please provide me with the information needed to cancel it, that would be great.
Thank you,
Jeni

Thank you very much for sharing this information. That certainly answers the issue I was having with the recurring charge from; now I’ll just have to talk with my bank. Adding up the charges it seems I’ve paid $10 too much, so from here it’s an issue on their end lol!

Thanks again for posting this!

But why are some people seeing $0.00 on their receipts …

I think the point is that it could have been more clear.

Getonic is glitched. I mean, it’s obvious from the start of what country you choose when you pre-order and that rule-less Share2Earn program (EVERYONE in the world could participate not only US/UK).

It doesn’t matter what you see on the receipts, what matters is the FINAL amount stated there (excluding shipping). If you paid, like I said, less than USD$20 for the whole CD version package than you are fine. You didn’t get doped nor cheated nor drugged to pay extra.

Don’t give the crap excuse saying “since the receipt says the CD is $0.00 than why am I getting charged in the end?” Oh god plz, it’s glitched and the economy does not work this way.

@Caelum Your own post to me was snippy and pissy and every elephant wing. You’re fighting fire with fire. Now, now, that’s no way to be not “demeaning in your response”. And FGS, the CONTEXT - I repeat for the 9000th time - is in REAL LIFE, not some thought up twisting words jumbo pack. Oh wait now, you want to clarify? Oh wait, I thought somewhere in your previous post you yourself admitted the $5 didn’t actually get charged, it’s just there to remind you. Oh wait, I know, the customer service ISN’T included so it ISN’T free.

If your way of advising me to be nicer to people when I post is snippy and pissy than I will fight back with the same snippy and pissy attitude with added revenge.

Ok im really confused because i was charged $21.24 back in May then today I got charged $5.00 and another charge of $19.12…the WB company said I purchased two purchases (which i only purchsed one) but im trying to find the original “fan club” package that i bought but cant find it even on the sites so i can double check the one i bought…agh!

  1. Can you check your order confirmation receipt and see what it says? Did you had two? Did you buy LPU’11?
  2. It may have been someone else using your card, check with your bank about the second purchase and ask them tell you where it was charged from (IP address I believe) and when.

The only thing I can say that I’ve been advising you to do is to just show a bit of decorum.

It seems the clarification is for you; My very first post states that upon checking my confirmation email I saw that there was indeed a charge of 5 dollars. Every post after that expresses the same. I’m not sure what you’re driving at with the customer service line as it was never brought up by well, anyone.

When someone responds to me in an unnecessary and negative manner, I feel it within my right to answer in kind. That’s really all there is to it.

The customer service line, very OBVIOUSLY, is there if you have any - you feel - questionable charges on your bank statement. Now, why would you post here when there is direct help available? It must be that the customer service provided isn’t free.

Your post led everyone to insult Warner Brothers because you said “Oh they worded differently! I must have been cheated!” Don’t you think that is unfair? Oh so you must DIRECTLY insult someone before others can insult you back? Cool story bro.

I’m beginning to think you’re just arguing now for the sake of arguing. You’re commenting on issues that were never part of the conversation to begin with.

To answer your final question? Yes. This back and forth between us is a perfect example of it, or else there would’ve been no reason to address you directly about it.

Moral of the story - never buy anything via WB stores…

I loved when LP were on TopSpin platform on A Thousand Suns cycle, so you got the worldwide shipping & other perks.

i was wondering the same thing, iv been charged twice 20 bucks then the 5 bucks. i know the lpu membership was 20 but not 24?

[quote=TommyGunn]i was wondering the same thing, iv been charged twice 20 bucks then the 5 bucks. i know the lpu membership was 20 but not 24?

Case in point.

people relax. the question was fine. some responses not so fine but in the end the concern is genuine. if upaid in tbe rangeof 20 to 30 bux your fine.depends where u live. conversion rates. the 4 or 5 dollars is one time charge. if you paid more or see recurring charges then take it up with wb or ud bank as something is off. gd luk. n people be kind lol

So, I just got me pre-order today… late.

I still haven’t received my LPU lanyard (joined with pre-order.) Anyone else missing this?

I feel ya; the waiting is the hardest part of buying something online! In all seriousness though, it just takes a long while. Mine showed up quite a few weeks after I ordered…I can’t remember the exact date; I want to say the very end of may to the first week of June, and I had pre-ordered in April.
