I have a question I have VIP Package tickets for Monday at the O2 and this includes merch but it doesnt say how I get it and I havent recieved an email either can anyone help?
I received an email at 10pm last night with check-in details. You may need to check your junk folder or otherwise email guestservices@cidentertainment.com - I emailed them a couple of days ago because Iād not received anything.
