Last year for the A Thousand Suns Tour, Chester was ill and my show was cancelled. I wrote in for the redemption of ticket and M&G pass. I was typing so fast i may have accidentally spelled my name wrong and i dont what that to ruin it!
Also, im not sure if i apply for a M&G pass like normal, or since i was guaranteed one already, i dont click to apply. I guess i just want conformation that im on the list. Who can i talk to?

how do i get a hold of him?
If you send an E-mail to LPHQ they will send you a reply back with your conformation.
i got the same email, and what you were supposed to do was reply to that email saying what show you were going to, and they would send you more info after.
i’m also wondering about this as well, because I got the email about how to redeem my ticket voucher/M&G, and i followed the directions on the email but have not gotten a response. do i need to email HQ again to ask if they got my request in or not?
