Unintended Order Dispution

I recently got myself the Annual Membership and the amount is deducted from my bank account and PayPal sent me a payment confirmation mail. But in my “Order History” page, it is stated that my payment is disputed and that all shipments have been canceled.

Is it meant to be like that because it’s a pre-order thing… or something really happened with my payment?
Any help please?

It’s my first time joining such a thing and I really want this membership and the bundle. :<

I have…but I actually sent another one because I made a mistake with my first request.

Ground(ctrl) replied to my first request on the 4th Dec.
For now, I’m waiting for their reply on my second request…and hopefully, they’ll fix it. :slight_smile:
