Heey Soldiers,

thanx for nominating my song!

First of all: this is the first thread that I set up after my returning into your middle. I will never forget the moment (goose bumps while writing these lines) on the 21.07. when the first thing on radio was the news about the incident… it felt like falling - instinctively I logged into forums - cause it was clear that only inhere I have a chance to resist…

A moment later I got. a pm from Rob. It touched my heart and made me nearly cry that he and the other soldiers were caring for me- after my leaving was real rude. Rob readded me to our family WA group and I was a lil bit afraight and happy same time- this was exactly what I needed in this moment. You guys welcomed me with your arms so wide open and it felt like being one with each of you in this moment, a great experience of being united…

And it got on, the next days I made the experience how supportive and heartly and lovely you forum soldiers are, this feel of being a part of this big thing made me strong and proud- this is the spirit of Chester, we would have made him sooo proud. To me it was the only place I could be without feeling just the despair and sadness but understanding, consolation and love and my soulmate and I shared light… this alltogether is just healing.

This experience was grand and formative to me and the idea of my song is expressing this feeling- how powerful we are UNITED …

Lol - long introduction- I tend to be extravagant when it comes to emotions- but I like to make you feel this songs spirit with this words and now we start our new project:

I’d say it should be something like classic LP or maybe even HU style with melodic build-up and choruses

Hey guys, because I’m new around here I don’t really understand how this works so how is it?
Like, do you guys write lines on the subject that @theearlywalker described before and then I have to add a line that I think will sound good with the other ones? Do I have to comment on the lines that are already written? Or how is it?

you can come up with anything you like, it doesn’t have to link to the subject introduction. Be sure though that your lines fit with the previously written lines by others. Otherwise the song will end up messy :smile:
