Oh, that looks great 
Translation says Pfefferkuchen is gingerbread? Can’t remember that I ever put ginger in it. 
Seems you found melasse. 
But I thought the dough has to stay at least a week.
In gingerbread spices you can find the ginger but in small quantities
That’s the different recipe, but oh…look…here’s the ginger in the recipe too 
…they look similiar but tastes a bit different…

It’s also not so much pepper to call it Pfefferkuchen.
Looked it up some more and translation says to Pfefferkuchen and Lebkuchen both gingerbread. But that’s totally different things.
Pfefferkuchen are with molasses and are that what they always do for Christmas in all the Astrid Lindgren or Petterson and Findus books, very Scandinavian.
Lebkuchen are very German and with almonds and nuts.
Oh, you see, I miss the Christmas baking.
Have to work till 18. and so hope I get all the visiting Christkindl market, riding the ferris wheel, drinking mulled wine, shopping and baking done then.

Cheese board, lots of wine, mushroom and halloumi (gluten free bun) burger (with a side of sweet potatoes chips), gluten free raspberry cheesecake and panatone. Everything was delicious!!

today was a kick it at home day but this was yesterday at bro’s game then after
First time I took fam to get boba (parents anyway), mom took a sip and some of the jelly went in her mouth and she flipped out she’s like, I never know what’s in the Asian fooooood 
when she took the sip, I’m like don’t worry, those little balls are just frog balls that they chop off, it’s a delicacy 
she gagged hella bad and almost threw the container at me
I’m like I’m kiddinggggg!!! Settle down! It’s just the eyeballs…
