Maybe the key is in the rest of the cookie brown sugar makes a big difference 
Still though… I did get to sample some white chocolate that was very spicy I think they mentioned using baby chili peppers best chocolate ever 
Maybe if I find it sometime I’ll let you see how great it is from my perspective
