Mole is the sauce the meat is covered in, each area of Latin America cooks it slightly different but typically it’s a…hard dish to cook in that it uses like thirty something ingredients if you’re cooking it from scratch
It’s chocolate and chili based so it’s sweet and spicy at the same time :yum:
