No vulgar comments please, just your opinion on the matter keep it clean. What are your views on the issue? And how do you support this issue in your own home town? How has it changed your life?
Your post is vague so Iām gonna have to make an assumption here.
No, I donāt support equality for Lego people, Hitler, mass murderers, banana slugs, and gouda cheese. How dare you support equality for gouda cheese. I am offended that you would even consider it.
lol I admire your humor.
yup. support it 100%
I agree your initial post is somewhat vague so Iām going to have a rant for a moment or two.
a) Do I support homosexuality?
Of course I do. If love is blind, then love cannot see, therefore love has no limits. If Adam and Eve can be partners, why canāt Adam and Steve share the same relationship equally and lawfully as Adam and Eve did? I know why. Because Christian extremists, such groups as āGod Hates Fagsā yes thatās a group and itās an awful name that I agree (jokes on them in England āfagsā are cigarettes in fact Iām smoking a fag right now) and politicians such as Romney outlaw Adam and Steve from marrying, because their religion dictates itās wrong, despite so many flaws in their argument its not funny. Iām not American, in fact I am Australian, and we have the same problem here. The government wonāt legalise gay marriage, but instead on their social welfare forms, you have to declare a ācivil same sex unionā,
b) Do I support equal rights for African Americans?
You obviously live under a rock if you have not looked through historical books and realised what kind of tough trot they have been given and still are. Even Shakespeare talked about racial equality for all in his plays. Donāt make me recall plays and lines, seriously. I really donāt have to say much on this topic, because itās plainly obvious what kind of rights they already have (Oh looky -----> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barack_Obama)
I dunno. Thatās my view.

Dude youāre my new favourite person. I love how you can incorporate humour into your answer and still be dead serious. Good for you!
Here in Canada, we donāt really have too much of an equality issue when it comes to a GOVERNMENT level, since gay marriage (or in my opinion āmarriageā) is legal in every province and territory and there are no real issues with it. But there are the people who just donāt like it because of their religion or their upbringing (or their ignorance), and I know I canāt really change anyoneās opinion, but I believe thereās nothing wrong with it. As a part of the LGBT community myself, I believe everyone should be treated with equal respect, as we are all human, and we are no different.
I support equality on both the basis of rights and in general. As a person living in the USA, weāre the most unequal country in the entire world. It has become not a country of the free, but a country of the rich, powerful, greedy, and religious. Which is why things should be a little moreā¦equal. First world countries wouldnāt exist, iThings wouldnt be gobbled up by the rich. Total equality is what Communism at its best would be. Of course, human nature messes that up. Why America isnt as great-its a wonderful video. three minutes long on YouTubet
Homophobia on this large of a scale is mainly from religion, namely the bible. However, the part condemning homosexuality (Romans 1-20) is immediately followed by āā¦you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourselfā¦ā Its funny how the church forgets that little bit.
Thereās a story in the bible (i dont know where) about a woman about to get stoned. (with rocks) Before they throw them, she says, āI have sinned, yes. Yet so have all of you. Let the man who has never sinned ever in his life throw the first stone.ā Her words struck the entire crowd, which paused for a second, because they have all sinned at some point. Then they all threw rocks and stoned her to death.
Racism is stupid. Old, outdated, and unnecessary anymore. Go away. YOU WILL NEVER GET THE BEST OF ME-GO AWAYYYYYYYYY!!!

I guess I should have elaborated a little bit more than just saying equality. I was not trying to offend anyone. As a gay man I just wanted to know everyones opinion on the issue of same sex couples. Thanks for posting guys!
Equality for everyone. period.
I mentioned mass murderers and youāre still in favor of equality for everyone?
My post was only halfway a joke. It was intended to have a kernel of truth within it.
I would like to be made Emperor of the Planet. But other then that, a āhigh fiveā for equality.
Howeverā¦
Equality means that people, assuming no physical or mental disadvantages or disabilities, have the equal right to succeed as well as fail. All too often failure is rewarded with entitlement. There is a fine line between need and lack of interest.
