I’m volunteering for Music For Relief during SSMF. I know part of being a MFR volunteer is working the booth during the concert and still seeing Linkin Park perform. But would I get access into the LPU section with a wristband (that is, if I can get a wristband)?
When I ordered my tickets through LPU on the day they became available, it says I will be picking up my tickets at the Will Call booth. I ordered 2 tickets. How do I got about this? I want to specifically make sure my tickets WILL BE THERE, I’m a little nervous about that, coming all the way from the East Coast to attend this show.

I’m on a Will Call list. Where do I go to pick up my street festival tickets?
Will Call/guest list is located at Live! On Sunset parking lot (former Tower Records) located at 8801 Sunset Boulevard — two blocks east of the San Vicente festival entrance. Please note there are NO guest lists/will call information at the entrances. You must pick up any credentials or tickets at Live! On Sunset Will Call before proceeding to the entrance. A valid photo ID will be necessary to receive your credentials/ticket. No exceptions.
will people with vip tix and lpu laminates get into the LPU section before people who got tix from the LPU site? or will it just depend on when we get there?

In a tweet Convo between Adam & I, he said VIP would get in first then those in line. It’s limited to 1000 people. Although I’m sure some people will go and run for stage right anyway regardless of the LPU section. Where the tickets were bought wont matter in regards to where in the pit you are. Just as long as you have your lanyard & get there early as 1/1000 it will work out!
so if you purchased ticket thru LPU, its a Will Call Pick up correct? those with tickets bought directly via Sunset Strip? thx!
This is correct. I bought through LPU. I tweeted ground Ctrl & they said its the promoters decision. Hope this doesn’t affect those lining up and having to wait to enter etc.
I plan on being front row, on the bar, how should I go about getting front row? I will have my LPU laminate and I will be picking up my tickets at Will Call, so what time should I prepare all of this and how do I ensure that I get front row on the bar?

Get there early and hope for the best is all you can do. This is an LA show and there is a HUGE amount of hardcore and an even larger amount of casual LP fans here so everyone is going to be going for that coveted spot.
