Subscription problem

Hi! I’ve got a question for you.
I’ve bought the LPU 14 Membership yesterday but on my dashboard it says “there is nothing to display at the moment” but the order is fullfilled. What could be the problem?

Which membership did you get? If it was one with a package, fulfilled means that your package was shipped. If not, it just means everything’s fine. You should have received a confirmation email as well.

I bought the digital Membership. But I would like to participate to the m&g but everytime I click on “contests” the page asks me to buy a membership :confused:

Log out and then in again and try to access the page one more time. Also, you’ve received your conformation mail right? Cause sometimes it may take a while for your payment to go through. But if you continue to have trouble, try contacting support or the HQ.
