I’ve been an LPU member for a while now, I live in Joburg and still haven’t received my LPU stuff in the mail. How long did it take your guys stuff to arrive and who did you contact if you have problems? Nobody can give me answers, not even ground (ctrl)

I read on another post that someone had received their merch, but I have not had mine either yet - their delivery details say 8 weeks for International deliveries.
My bigger concern was my presale tickets, and after hounding Big Concerts, I just got this tweet:

I just posted re the merch, still nothing on my side but I see other peeps have received so getting a little worried.
Called Big Concerts last week who said they were having a delay in sending out the letters to LPU members for collection of tickets but that is how it is going to work.
