Obvious that’s the procedure but you souldn’t trust in T4F. Really.
Same here! I joined 5 months ago and I received my package (or a part of it) 2 weeks ago. I received just the t-shirt, the flag and the ear plug case (without the ear plugs… oh well). I already contacted ground(ctrl) and they told me that they’ll send it again.
Just hope they don’t add a date for Argentina before I receive the laminate D:

But I bought the Warner Bros pre sale LT and never received too…

I’m from Brazil too. I received my package in two weeks.
For all LPU benefits you just need the confirmation payment that you received via e-mail when you purchased your membership.
