I have also mailed them, I paid US94.50 for my tickets which is R816 (which came off my bank account) … the Computicket list price is R690.

Have also asked about the Ticket collection process.

Yeah its not cool. I love LP but this doesnt seem right. Even though we get them 2 days early almost R150 more per ticket is a little steep.

Thank you for contacting Big Concerts, we appreciate your email.

As a Linkin Park Underground (LPU) member you were offered the ability to get pre-sale tickets at the LPU website dollar price. This price differs from the Computicket prices and one needs to take the Dollar Rand exchange rate into account too.

The “will call” tickets works like this:

  1. Once you have bought the tickets, you get a LPU confirmation with a unique order number.
  2. Once pre-sales close all the order numbers will be sent to Big Concerts and with Computicket will assign a Computicket reference number.
  3. Confirmation letters will be sent by both LPU and Computicket stating your Computicket reference number
  4. This needs to be taken to any Computicket outlet with your ID and the tickets will be issued to you.

If you are not happy with your tickets via the LPU website please contact the LPU support. You can do to this by clicking on support at the bottom of the LPU website.

the price is a bit steep but it beats being in the queue waiting for tickets just to be disappointed in the end because the tickets will get sold out straight away

“Will Call” is a method where you can get your tickets on the box office of the show on the same day (or earlier) of the event. At least, as far as I know it’s this. O hope this helps you. :slight_smile:

I honestly don’t mind paying a premium to get decent seats.

And tickets will sell out very quickly on Thursday and Friday! So now we don’t have to stress. [smile][cool]

this so confusing getting answers from left right and centre… which on is it do i collect my ticket at computicket or box window at thee event??? and has anyone received a email from computicket fro golden circle standing up??
