Just click refresh on the JHB tickets tab. There are still some golden circle tickets available for the JHB show =) Think the server might have struggled a bit with all the traffic but now that it’s calmed down it should be fine…

Hey guys, any clarity on whether the tickets get posted to you, or do they make arrangement for us to collect at the venue?
I think they get posted to you…thats why you add in your cell number so they can call you when they are delivered, you need to sign for them too…

On ticket collection:
You will be sent an email with a letter (probably attached, he said). That’s to be taken to any Computicket and you can collect the ticket then.
On pricing discrepancy:
They said it might be the Rand/Dollar exchange. With the conversion working out to ±$82 and the ticket pricing set at ±$94, though…
They’ve indicated that I was the first to query it and they weren’t aware of this issue. I’ve been asked to send indication of how much I was charged to BigConcerts, and they will escalate and get back to me. If you’d like to query, please do the same - send email to customercare@bigconcerts.co.za.
As fans, it seems a bit unfair that we should be paying more than everyone else to attend…

Looks like big concerts are getting spammed. I also just sent them an email asking all of these exact same questions. If no response within the next few days then direct to HelloPeter.
I think most of the seats are pretty good seats…cost could be a bit more than expected.
Also to remember, the exchange rate USD to ZAF is 8.5!
I still think it’s worth the good seats.
Seats around the same areas, from Computicket will most probably be a lot more.
(I paid $62 = R 530 a ticket for Section 125)

I paid R100 more for my ticket on Fan Page, than advertised by Big Concerts…

Thanks, I was also wondering why it was more then the normal price. Does seem abit unfair, but for Linkin Park I was willing to pay.
I don’t know if BigConcerts will be able to do anything about this though. Knowing them, they will throw it back into our face that we bought it through LPU11 instead of Computicket. Whilst I don’t mind spending that money for Linkin (Frikken) Park, it does seem unfair, especially after I paid over R200 to join.
