Hey guys.
I just purchased a new LPU12 Pass, but still telling me it will expires in same date as before ??
Anyone responsible here can tell me whats wrong ???

I mean i had LPU11 and it will expires on 1-Feb-2013 which means tomorrow, and i bought already LPU12 before couple days, and i received an email telling me your LPU Pass will expires tomorrow, renew it NOW ??
Seriously WTF !!

It means your LPU11 expires tomorrow. If you check on your “manage account” you’ll see that your LPU11 expires tomorrow while your LPU12 expires 1st of February 2014

LPU 11 will expire, then 12 will take over and you’ll have one year with LPU 12.

The way it sounds, 28thART’s membership for LPU12 wasn’t showing up, or he missed it somehow

On This Page, do you have something like this? And if you do, is there two things on it (or three if you carried over from LPUX)? Also, ignore the first one, I was messing around with the free trials in Living Things

But Mr Wade, why i kept receiving email telling me to renew while i already renewed, thats what pissed me off, i renewed in 27 of January and i get this email yesterday, 31 january:

We hate goodbyes as much as you do and look forward to your continued membership![/b]

Well the email is nothing out of the ordinary, but if you really did purchase LPU12, it should show up on that list, and it isn’t for you. I’d contact support because I don’t think your LPU12 was added to your account

His account expired by now if his LPU12 didn’t work, so he likely won’t see it

Nope. He still can’t log in, it keeps saying he need to log in… when he’s already logged in and when he log in again… It makes him sign in again.

Thanks, it looks like he’ll have to wait until he receives the redemption card to be able to login.
