Hi,

I bought a premium package, but I lack of information in relation to this pack. I took a pack to $ 500 off a bill, I have no other information. How is the access to the venue before the concert? Obviously, we are greeted once again, but I do not know any more? We will have more information in a few days / weeks or really a week / days before the concert? I know that for the Meet And Greet one week we are aware before the concert, but for the premium package, I don’t know

I’m sure LPUHQ will send you confirmation email, usually you will receive a follow up email the day before or on the day of the show. This email will detail the location and time of the Meet & Greet. If you do not have access to your email on the day of the show, you can ask the box office 3 hours prior to show time where and when the M & G will take place.

You can print your order under “orders”. As for the entry the name you have written when you placed your order will be checkt with your ID card in front of the concert if it’s correct you can enter there won’t be any Tickets. Hope this info helps you : )

My Premium package is not listed under orders …

It is true that it is quite complicated. That’s quite a sum for premium packs, it would be nice to have more communications. I sent a message to support, I got this :

Thanks for contacting our support team.

The VIP check-in time has not been confirmed yet for your event.

VIP check-in times are generally confirmed within 48 hours of the event. Once we receive the check-in time, we email it to VIP purchasers.

VIP events generally take place about 2 hours before the listed concert door time, but if your VIP package includes a sound check or pre-show performance, the check in time can be about 3-4 hours before the event. Some artists have their events after the show instead. Please be prepared to arrive at the venue early or stay late when you purchase a VIP package or upgrade.

Please contact us directly if you do not know what the meet up time is by the morning of the event. You are responsible for knowing when to show up for the VIP experience.
