Pre sale code not in my account!

i haven’t received a pre sale code, can someone tell me what it is please. no one replying from email or the help desk!

Your account doesn’t seem to have an LPU membership on it. If you bought or received one, you most likely didn’t redeem it

Yeah, you need a paid LPU account and then it should appear under promo codes in your settings on the main LP site.
