Plug actually did get back to me! They manually sent me the reset link which didn’t work again. They then sent the link for a 2nd time. That worked! So the issue is now sorted, I should be online at some point in the next few days. Thanks to everyone who tried to help me out

I already told Rob today that I’m really glad that you planned this on-the-plug evening for tomorrow, but (un)fortunately I’ve won two tickets for a jazz trumpeter’s concert here in my city, and it’s gonna be tomorrow night 
So I will try to be there because I think this was a really good idea, but I can’t promise that I will be there for sure. However we should do something like this more often, maybe once or twice a month? Maybe? Ideas? I surely would like that!
