Then I don’t know what could be causing the bug. I don’t even know if plug will even get back to you. I asked them why they didn’t want my money (not in those exact words obviously) before the shutdown and they didn’t reply.

No clue, it just kept telling my my login details were wrong even though I knew they weren’t. I even reset them and it still said they were wrong.

Yes, I tried logging in by email, still the same problem.

@the_termin8r I found out that there are two ways to reset the account. One account is a ‘help’ account that is used to send them your issues. That has a different password. The account that you actually use is different
