CETZ is the most common European so went with that,
Correct me if I’m wrong, but EST is 6 hours behind so 9am cetz is 3am est, 2pm cetz is 8am est, 7pm cetz is 1pm est, 9pm cetz is 3pm est, 11pm cetz is 5pm est
