Due to the tremendous amount of expected fans to attend Chester Bennington’s Memorial in Kansas City this upcoming March for Chester’s would’ve been Chester’s 42nd Birthday , We need YOUR help to provide the venue with payment, permits and insurance.
My name is Jathan and our memorial team is fan based- fan centered looking to provide an outlet for the thousands mourning Chester’s death.
We have budgeted to host the memorial at Penn Valley Park in Kansas City, Missouri which is an outdoor space accomodating the thousands joining us with the best public transportation option.
Sound equipment, stage lighting, portable restrooms, park permits, insurance policies will be needed to make this event happen. Funds will go to Penn Valley Park and surplus goes towards ‘One More Light Fund’ founded by the Music For Relief Organization. The funds will be transferred to my account and a check given to the event coordinator at the Park and ‘One More Light Fund’.
This is a fan-organized and fan-centered memorial for Chester of Linkin Park.
Join us to celebrate the life of our beloved Chester, and mourn his passing. We will gather for musical tributes, share stories about the impact Chaz had on us, along with the difference Linkin Park’s music has made in our lives, and hold a flameless candlelight vigil.
This will be a community of positive energy, love, art and LP music.
We are not in any way affiliated with Linkin Park, Warner Bros. Records, the LPU, Chester or the Bennington family; we are just fans mourning the loss of Chester.
