Playing with the Drawing tools!

I am not going anywhere Jaja you know me well @lpfan61 and @honey8.

Some late, I know, but there was only one thing that I could add:
Best works need time, beautiful things just need be created naturally. So keep trying and you will go so far one day. I’ll post another draw once I have a good one jajajaja.

@lpfan61 you got a big potential. I don’t draw horses, because it’s a bit too hard for me. Not sure if I could do any better within 4 hrs. So this one is quite good. Just couple of things to correct.

Yeah. It’s true. Sometimes even more. Here is a drawing that I couldn’t work on more than 10-20 min at one time (brain didn’t allow me). It took me couple of years to finish, leaving me still not 100% satisfied. It’s A4.

Your drawing is very beautiful!!! I like it so much! I agree with honey!

I can’t drawing people or do portraits… with animals/objects I find it easier…
Could I ask you if it’s better to do first the background and after the subject or on the contrary? @jabinquaken

Thank you @lpfan61 and @Honey8. This work is quite important for me, because this is the first one with this lot of detail.
There are some aspects that can’t be visible from the first sight. I know, where I mis-drew proportions, where didn’t draw the texture as I wanted and where made some mess, which I did want to be clean.

I don’t know exactly which is better. I always do the object first. If I mess up the center of my work, the background won’t matter.
Sometimes I mark the countur of the object by drawing a part of the background. Works well with the dark bg. This I made while drawing Brad’s profile.

Thank you so much! Me too, I draw first the object… this time I messed up a little with the black and other colours… it’s for this that I ask you… I can’t fix these things… It would be bad of how it’s now…

I know every artist see their own works with a different eye, but I like all your drawings !

Thank you so much for your time and advices!!!

Another reason why I shifted from shading to hatching. Hatching is harder but easier to correct.
