No, I don’t think there is. Not in the LPU shop…

How long does it take until they ship? It’s been almost two weeks since I ordered something at LPU…

You cannot use your PayPal account to make purchases until you add a bank account or credit card information.

Can you buy a prepaid Visa, American Express or Mastercard and use that?

Load a prepaid one from supermarket and use that one 
Prepaid card is really your only option. Not to sound rude, but there’s not really any other easy options other than credit/debt cards for buying things online.
If you can connect your bank account to PayPal, which I don’t think the LPU store supports it, you could buy a One More Light CD from the normal store, as that supports PayPal and includes an LPU membership (that last time I checked, it still did, at least)
