I just read the email. Touched my heart. Felt like they were talking directly to me.
Anyway, I have my fingers crossed for a double album. Mike said way back in December I think that they had a ton of songs. Also he said in the KROQ interview that they had a few surprises up their sleeves. Well lets wait and see.

If it’s real, it’s definitely due to catering to mainstream audiences that prefer short, catchy tunes. It’ll get them more popular again and keep the per-track cost down. But a 26 minute album? Feels off…
