I am going out on a limb here, but I think they might be out of stock on packages.
Generally, shipping takes 8-10 weeks. Just going to have to wait.

I ordered my LPU12 Package, just after relaunch on 11/16/12 and it is still on “READY” and “Backordered”.
I already contact the support on 01/08/13 I got the answer: “the backordered item to arrive in the next 3-5 business days, at which point your package will ship.”. It´s still the same status, what can I do?
I ordered mine in December and it’s on “Backordered” the 2nd time. Is there anything I can do or just wait?
Derek is correct, there was an item in the bulk that was out of stock, we’re getting them in and orders will be shipping very soon. Thank you for all of your patience.

2 1/2 months and now finally… Backordered?!? And the initially mail I received when I bought my LPU package says, that once shipped, international shipping takes 8 - 10 weeks… So, if my understanding isn’t completely off, this means that my order hasn’t been shipped yet (after more than 10 weeks) and it will take another 8 - 10 weeks when it finally gets shipped?!?
If I bought some rare jewellery from some native tribes in the middle of africe shipped via deliery boy on foot it would have been delivered by now…
Some info on the estimated time of arrival and an explenation on whether or not this is the standart procedure would be very nice…

if it’s any help West, mine first said shipped on 12 feb and i received it on the 19th feb in New Zealand, whether or not that was expedited simply due to the summit i’m not too sure though.
As soon as the item missing from your total package comes in, I am sure your package will be sent immediately.
I’m really worried, cause in my dashboard appears that my package was delivered on 02/08/2013, but nothing came in my home. Has already pass 2 months since I made the order, so what should I do now?
Same thing happened to me. I waited anxiously for my lpu package for 2 month pass but it haven’t came yet. But i recieved my lpu package on 5 feb. i ordered mine on 30 nov. when i opened my package i jump across my living room (lol) don’t worry, you will get your package soon!

By delivered I assume you mean it says “fulfilled” or “shipped” right?
If that’s the case then the date you see is when your package was shipped, not when it got to your place, there’s no way of knowing that for sure. Give it 8-10 weeks to get to you depending on where you live.
hey guys email ground support and give them your order number. thats what i add to do and they emailed me back and said my package will be shipped in the next 24-48 hours and that was last weekend and it came monday so i was happy. just email ground support

I ordered on 16 November, and status of the order has been changed to shipped on 12/03/2012 . One week ago, I was at the local post office, and they didn’t find anything for me, and says that they can’t track it without a number.
So i wrote to support.groundctrl.com. On the next day, they answered that their manager would reply to me in next 24/48 hour. That was on 02/20/2013. So from that moment i have no reply from them, and they ignoring my messages. (I even asked to track my package or give the tracking number to find out where it stucked). So maybe someone can give me some advice, or maybe Adam would read this.
I also have this problem I made the order on 2/23/13 and it’s now stuck on “BACKORDERED” I live in the UK and I hope it arrives soon
I ordered mine on 12/13/12…
I live in Berlin, Germany… We’ll see how this story continues ^^

More than likely we’re waiting on our shirt size to arrive. Once this happens, we will get it out. Thanks for your patience!
