I was in the first 13 people to order LPU13. I got the all in one package and my status of the package still says ‘‘READY’’. Wtf? It’s been well over a month since LPU13 launched. Is there some sort of issue with my order?? I have emailed Lorenzo about this but he never replied to me. I live in Massachusetts, not sure if that has something to do with it.
Quite odd, I live in the UK and mines arrived this morning. Maybe they are just having trouble trying to get it delivered. Rough time of the year for postal companies.
I’m assuming mines came first because they don’t have to physically deliver it. Just had to come over by jet but I’m sure yours will come soon.
Also it could possibly be shipped, might not have been marked as shipped on here unless it’s automated in which case it’s still not been shipped.

I know there is a procedure within shipping department. But it has been almost 1 and a half month since I booked.
I have the same gripe. it has been over a month already. Upon ordering, it was said that the items will be shipped “early” December. It’s the last day of December and still no update.
It would be nice to know what’s going on, or at least be informed if there are any delays.

Yeah. Do not why there is a delay but hope to get it atleast by the end of this month.
I’m also curious about what was going on, since mine set the 26th, and I ordered on day one, and I live in the Untied States and I’m pretty sure some people in other countries got theirs before mine was even sent. There was probably differences with the shipping the person picks, but the packages should really be sent in order of purchase

I still don’t have mine either. Quite frustrating.
Mine hasn’t arrived either. Nice to know I’m not the only one (misery loves company and all that).
I didnt receive mine yet… some friends of me received it weeks ago…

I ordered mine on the first day of the launch and it just arrived yesterday (I live in the US). And, my PlugAir doesn’t work. And, the jersey smells like a recycled plastic bottle [smile][wink][wink].
Sigh…regretting just a bit on buying the whole package.
MY best guess is in all of the holiday rush, extreme cold, and snow storms, our packages are laying over in some air terminal collecting dust… Happens I guess

Try emailing ground(ctrl). I did and they shipped my package the same day.
Hey guys, I hope you can help me. I live in Germany and I ordered my LPU package one day after it launched. The status of my order says ‘fulfilled’ but it hasn’t arrived yet. I don’t know what to do know. Could somebody help me?

Thanks for your help! I will wait a few more days and contact the support too. Did I understand the mail right that after it has been shipped it takes 4-6 weeks or 6-8 weeks to arrive? Or is it meant that it takes 6-8 weeks all in all?
