I´m from Germany and i have Pre-Ordered Living Things on 29.
Now is the date of the release from this Album in Germany but the Album is not arrived!
Cause shipping from the US takes longer. I pre-ordered both This Is War (30 Seconds To Mars) and Danger Days (My Chemical Romance from the US, took about 4 to 6 weeks longer to get to me.

maybe there have a tracking code (depends on your delivery order)
Not problem, US has long shipping time (I live in Italy and I also preorder the album LOL)

Yes, it should ship from Germany. A German release is made in Germany. You should get it about 2-3 days after the release date, depending if they send it before or on the release date. Also depends where they post from.
It would only ship from the US if it was an item made in very limited supply and made in one place, such as super fan editions. It took the ATS deluxe took about a month and half after ATS was released for it to arrive in Australia. But they would normally have sent it a few weeks before. I think in that case, there was a rush for an item… and took longer than expected.
