How do you buy the meet and greet tickets? and do you have to buy a general concert ticket on top of this or is it included in the package ?
As far as I know, you have to be a member of the Linkin Park Underground, and they choose at random by sending you an email. The email will tell you if you can go to the meet and greet. You have to purchase your own ticket for the concert though.
