I won at the lottery and got an email on sunday and they wrote that i will get an email with other details today. When will it happen?

We got the info that we meet at 07.20 pm.
But I have another question, should we wait outside the arena or should we queue normally and go at normal entrance inside to meet inside they area?

Go inside to the arena and then at the time to the meeting point in your email
