Hello. I purchased the LPU annual $20 membership with the preorder of Living Things. When will the lanyard come? I live in the US
It should take 7 - 10 days from the day it is shipped, and to tell if its been shipped you just need to go to “Orders” and if it says FULFILLED then it has already been shipped and is on the way.
I just got my lanyard yesterday and I signed up on April 22. Living in Canada may have delayed it a little for me but don’t stress about it too much if it doesn’t show up right away.
up to 1 week in the us. outside us 2-3 weeks

I e-mailed ground(ctrl) about this and this is the response I got:

Thank you! I’m having the same problem and just emailed support… we’ll see if I get the same response. Ordered it way back on 4/18. My bud the same day, but he got all his stuff 2 weeks ago, tho he ordered the premium LPU package with all the extra goodies. I did the standard $20 ($5 off if preordered living things at the same time).
I take it then that because I bought just the membership, CD and lanyard, i wont receive anything until th lanyard’s are posted and the CD is released?
Do you get a letter or anything, or just an envelope with the stuff in?

Signed up on 30th of March, got LPU Plus Pass, and I still don’t have my order. I live outside US, but, I mean… It has been 5 weeks already since it was shipped. The order is listed as Fulfilled, and ground(ctrl) support says that they “fulfilled our end of this order”.
Does anyone have the same problem?
I also got one question: If I don’t have my lanyard, i won’t be able to enter M&G, right?
I don’t know if this applies in the US, but for the UK preorder, they say that they are shipping everything in one go, so you will get your lanyard with Living Things when they send that.

No, you only need it for the early entrance to the venue, not the m&g. BUT Adam did say that whoever hasn’t got theirs till then, they’ll figure something out. You won’t be left outside, don’t worry.

No prob! Just be sure to let Adam know if you haven’t received it by the time of the concert so he can email you with a confirmation paper or something.

Did you order yours with the LIVING THINGS preorder? A lot of people that did are seeing that (including me). Ground(ctrl) says those will be shipped around the first week of June. I’m assuming by that we’ll get the lanyard and the CD at the same time.

I bought this lanyard too
and my question is, it says in the mail from the store:
In addition, you will receive from now for the next 8 months, a brand new remix of Living Things. You will receive one email each month. The first remix is provided to you in May.
Does anyone of get this mail with the remix?
And my CD isnt arrived yet.
