Which code do you mean? Typically if it was a promo code or something similar it would be given to you through an email, otherwise if it’s from an order you can sign in to the Linkin park site and access your account, view the order that you are referring to and the contents should be there

Was about to ask the same. Things like pre sale codes are under your profile on the main LP site. Things like LPU trial membership codes are usually on a piece of paper with the booklet of a physical CD.
