So in emailing Ground(Crtl) support in the last few days to let them know that many members can’t log back into the LPU app, they replied with something other than “support”.
“…But as a far as an app for the LPU GroundCtrl no longer has an app this includes the app for the LPU. The app has not been updated in over a year and at this time there are no plans to update these and they will be removed from the app store soon. All of our websites are mobile friendly at this point in time”
…you’re kidding me. LPU had nailed it on the head when they released an app. It allows members on iOS devices to access the underground that we all pay for. (An android app was expected to be in the making…I expect not now).
“Mobile friendly” doesn’t mean the site is easy or clean to use. Eg: logging in takes twice as long.
Can anyone from LPUHQ comment?
