I downloaded the Digital album for LPU13 from the orders section, are there any other formats available other than MP4, my devices including windows media player (on win7) and my android phone cannot seem to play them
I didn’t get the digital download, so I’m not for sure, but it’s weird that they would be MP4 files, that’s usually for videos. I’d say if the download didn’t give you a choice or didn’t come with other formats, there aren’t any to download, but you can easily convert them to MP3, WMA, WAV, or whatever you want with various kinds of programs
Are you still using the default android music player? If you get a real app it should play them. Poweramp does.
Anyway converting them isn’t hard. That is a matter of getting a sound editor and pressing Save As.

I’m not using the default android music player now no, I switched to Poweramp when I downloaded the album so it works. I know I can convert it, it would just have been nice for a choice of file formats or them to be in MP3 format like songs normally are. I hope the digital version of the next LP Album isn’t in MP4 Format
