Logo Contest: Create Linkin Park Fan Corner’s Logo!

I guess it’s about time my blog gets a proper logo, and since I’m a total loser with anything art related, it’s time for a contest!

What to do?

  • Design a Logo for Linkin Park Fan Corner. The logo should contain the abbreviation “LPFC”. There are no rules about how the logo should look like. Be creative!

  • The logo must be an electronic file (JPG or GIF or PNG or TIFF). It should be 300 dpi minimum.

Do NOT submit a logo via Twitter!

  • Copyright: By submitting the logo, you allow me to use it as I see fit. Of course you’ll be credited!

  • Prize: You will be fully credited for the logo with your name and your online things (Twitter, Facebook, Web Address, whatever else you want) in the sidebar of LPFC. This way, you’ll become a part of the site and all Linkin Park fans can follow your Twitter etc.

Deadline: October 15, 2012

I will choose the winner myself after the deadline.
If there aren’t enough submissions, I will call the contest off. Please give me some feedback here or on Twitter (@lpfancorner) if you want to participate.

What are the dimensions? Or do you just want me to make it the default Photoshop size and pump up the resolution? :stuck_out_tongue:

Do you have some colors as part of the identity of LPFC? Or this is like starting from 0?

Hillarie, Dimensions…big enough XD. It should be a good solution, good quality. Better too large than too small. You see, I really have no clue about digital art. XD

Paneska, check http://lpfancorner.wordpress.com for the colors I’m using now. I always change the layout, but I think I’m gonna stick with this one for a while, so you can use its colors. You can also use totally different colors. Whatever you like. I’m open to everything.

I will choose the winning logo early Tuesday, so you have all Monday to send me your submission.

Cool, i’ll try something and email it to you, and yeh logos are made by illustrator or any vectorial software like CoralDraw !
