Why have you got many japanese versions of this dvd? while there are also other versions like Australian but you haven’t got?

I´ m not such a hardcore collector than Will but if an official release has a different artwork, packaging ( cardboard, digipack, jewel case) or tracklist i buy it if it´s a dvd, cd or blu ray
