For the japanese releases I buy from yesasia.com, no shipping fee, and it’s just like the retail prices inside Japan! But EU releases is cheap in EU not cheap from japs sellers.

Delivery to Russia expensive and dangerous, so many sellers do not agree to send goods to Russia. Or they ask a lot of money for delivery, registered mail.
