I purchased a VIP Package for the concert in Cologne…but at my order it says that no item being shipped…so how do I get the exclusive Tour Poster (Numbered & Limited) + Special Gift and the Commemorative Meet & Greet Laminate

I’m also going there. But I’m going to be all alone, which kinda sucks! But the tickets were too expensive to buy 2. But there will be a on-site host? I mean, do they like help you out there? Do you know if we meet the band before or after the show?
