English native speakers, I need to make an appeal to your grammar expertise. I’m writing this phrase but I’m not sure whether to use ‘‘who’’ or ‘‘whom’’:
‘‘These are songs from artists who/whom I think you should check out.’’
Please help 
I’ve always struggled with the two. I think it’s whom in this case, but don’t quote me on it.

Whom should be used to refer to the object of a verb or preposition. When in doubt, try this simple trick: If you can replace the word with “he”’ or “’she,” use who . If you can replace it with “him” or “her,” use whom .
- Who should be used to refer to the subject of a sentence.
- Whom should be used to refer to the object of a verb or preposition.
In this case you’ll have to focus on the second clause of the sentence, “who/whom I think you should check out.”
Who/whom should you check out? You should check out him/her. So yes it is whom 
.
