I’ve never enjoyed dancing in public, but when I’m alone (usually late at night when I’m getting ready for bed) and I have a hype song playing that I can dance to I will break it down :joy:

I’m sorry if I’m not understanding enough. :anguished:
It’s just dancing, or better jumping up and down, throwing limbs uncontrolled in wild directions to ear shattering music is just so freeing. Cures me for weeks.
But true, I just do it for maybe three years. Never was I brave enough before. Didn’t even know, I could loosen up that way. (Just really rarly a punk concert)
But I really don’t want to lecture or shoot my mouth off.

If we’re honest, I think I loosened up a lot while at that one festival in May but didn’t realize it until this last concert :joy: I think it was the oregano actually :crazy_face::joy: but yeah that feeling is definitely liberating!
I probably don’t show it enough just because I’m robotic :crazy_face: but deeefinitely get the urge for freedom of expression lol
