It was 2001 and no idea how it was recorded.
However, it was great to see the guys. But I wonder where Brad and Rob were that time. Maybe they gave up - 2 more small screenes would make the concert impossible to watch.
So guys, be kind and safe. But donāt be kind of safe. As Dave said, didnāt he?
I started on Sunday (I think ) and still havenāt finished itās difficult now, everything is green and I have to place the pieces only by the shape @raz7 i love your cat say hi from me
Also @anna834 say hi to doggies
How did you guys enjoy Linkin Park yesterday? It was so much fun! And it was so nice to see the boys together.
OT: baking a cake with my brother and watching The Big Bang Theory
Hello everyone a very good morning to all!
Updates from my side, nothing much , online classes and little helping mum around the house. India closed completely for 21 days only some essential shops are open.
Just want to know if everyone is safe? Sorry I didnāt read any of the above posts, literally no time rn. Just was little worried afterall we are a family.
Itās a good time to be at home and be safe, enjoy some time off. Take care everyone!
@HakManLP Howās uni? Iāve given up on mine. Online classes suck. We are also debating on sending an email out to our course leader to demand a reduction in fees since this whole semester is basically wasted and thatās not what we paid for.
@anna834 Howās life over there? Iād love to have an escape like you do every day.
OT: Itās day 3 of lockdown for us and it already feels like an eternity. Weāre almost done building the first of 3 lego sets we have, Iāve been ignoring uni since it is pointless for me right now and Iām trying not to lose my mind.
I am however going out today, I have to meet with my 2 team leaders and take their sets of keys of work. Apparently senior managers have to keep all the sets till we re-open for safety reasons. It is a good excuse to have a stroll in the park after maybe, depends how busy itāll be.
Today is the day when I originally was expected to get back to work. But the lockdown got deeper and schools are planned to be locked till Easter (I think itās an optimistic idea).
Kids receive their homework by e-mail or through a kind of learning platform. Iām aware itās not really perfect now but we havenāt come across such a situation before. Itās just a kind of revolution in eductaion.
Parents who have to stay at home and have kids aged up to 8 years are entitled to get a benefit of 80 percent of their wages.
Iād rather work from home but itās impossible because my company offers tools (laptop, hardware, printerā¦) to the chosen only (sales representaives and managers). On the other hand, itās not welcomed that Iām not in my workplace now because everybody works as usually. Probably someone whoās expected to replace me must stay there till midnight to get all the things done.
As for now Poland has 1085 people who have been confirmed to have the virus. 15 people died. I know it doesnāt sound bad in comparison to Italy, Spain or Germany.
But itās been reported by some doctors and some diseased that the statistics presented officially are not complete. They donāt contain people who died at home waiting for tests to be done. Also not everyone can have the test done. They chose who should be tested and who shouldnāt.
As far as my state of mind is concerned, I went through the time of anger. Now Iām on the level of apathy or half-acceptance as I have no impact on whatās going on all around.
I go out everyday (necessity to buy something on one hand, necessity to breath fresh air and move a bit on the other).
My mom (almost 83) gets on my nerves because she doesnāt care of herself.
My kid gets on my nervesā¦ but a little bit less than a few days ago.
No idea why Iām writing the above but itās also a kind of āentertainmentāā¦
hey family yeah, itās a very uncommon situation @anomalia and I agree- it seems to last way longer than we all have expected - I went through some phases too- from feeling great getting so much time gifted over to the shock after slowly realizing the situation over to be worried and feeling helpless, anger and back but this lead me nowhere than becoming sad and kinda desperate ā¦ thanx for sharing your thoughts- I can very much relate to them hang in there ā¦
so yeah @evooba- since the only way out is trough- I take it one step at a time, doing my best to stay strong and positive while trying to fill my hours doing the things I always postpone due to a lack of time, like the tax declaration- preparing my web site- sorting stuff out, clearing the garage, doing grocery for my parents and us - sleeping whenever I feel like and talking with friends and family online -
meanwhile I am working on my acceptance for the situation and to stay optimistic - and ofc Iām praying a lot this gives me power For now get a big bonecrusher family, all of youā:hugs: sending you strength and the good thing is that we have the forums and each other
There will be a time after the virus and things will be different- right now solidarity seems to grow which is great- I pray that the scientists will find a treatment or vaccine as soon as possible- and my biggest worry atm are the ignorant 10% of the society who still think the distance rules donāt fit for them - unfortunately my daughter and her peers are like thisā¦ they ignore almost all the hygienic advices - and this leads to a permanent tension between her and me ā¦ thatās very hard to deal with
Aww this is so cute! Can you still go outdoors for walks? Iāve seen some good online videos of keeping active.
Can I just submit this? He basically stole the name anyway. Damn Mike! Yours was good, donāt worry about what other people say hun
This is great news!
Yes, thatās a good topic given itās 17th. Maybe we could discuss favourite videos from this album? Everybody here knows we both love Breaking The Habit by now! nothing can beat this song
@framos1792 Did I miss your story about the time you were away? Last time I ask. Wall of silence!
@Linkineli How are things going for you? I hope you are still getting out and studying with all your free time. Keep up the good work.
Day 3: Iām been doing some gardening because I thought might as well plant some spinach, lettuce and flowers as the weather is warming up. Work wise a bit tricky getting used to working remotely all the time, I think some people start to come across worse on email than f2f. Soundtrack: Blink 182: Donāt Mean Anything.
The thing is I dont want to go out. I love my bed. And the food. I have already lost track of the day of the week. This lockdown is lovely.
We are allowed to be outside but not gather around. You can go to shops etc. They are open 24x7 now to reduce crowd. I buy stuff early in the morning to avoid day rush. The resturants are closed at the moment so I miss their tasty spicy foods. The day this lockdown is over, I will devour all my favourite dishes.
I hope you all are well and are having fun too. Stay safe.
Itās actually nice outside right now, itās supposed to rain shortly, though, so I took advantage and I brought my bike up from the cellar. If you recall, I wrapped it in plastic contractor bags for the winter - those were covered in cat pee. He even managed to scratch through one of them, too. Itās supposed to be a somewhat nice day tomorrow, too, so thatās when Iāll ride, before the rain weāre supposed to receive over the weekend.
Donāt worry @anngelenee all just fake, totally harmless.
Sorry @intheend I have to drag this out
Love your words! Thank you
So you are outdoors! Great!
Nice!
Sorry to hear, be patient biiiiiig hug for you!
Happy you did! Thanks for sharing! Love and strength to you!!!
Thanks for asking! Weāre still allowed outside. But just two people at once together. Besides living together families.
And I so hope it will stay that way!
Canāt imagine beeing contained on this 50qm with just walking the dogs around the blocks! I love to escape into the woods, or the shore.
Stay strong my dear! I wish you a way to find the peace within and this sudden gift of endless time.
Here, for you from today:
Sorry, but lmao! I wanted to ask about that.
Sorry
where are my hugs? Where is my teasing?
DANG!!! JUSTIN!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!! And on top of that, I have to yell for tomorrow too! Canāt then, of course! SO! GET YOUR ASS IN HERE! SAY HEY!
Done! Just now:
What is a decent time
backatya
So loved it! I was so down, and what a lift up!
I didnāt expect Rob and Brad, so I wasnāt disappointed, just enjoyed the other three.
Dave, freezing outside, cause he has no quite place in his home.
And the talk about mobile phones that they just had a group phone! Its 2001! Mobiles were already totally common! I had one since 1999! Yeah, and was pregnant. Nice reminiscencing.
Tell me something new!
If it were that easy. They are tending dogs, used to run for hours. So even the walks and bike rides arenāt enough.
And you, sorry guys, I turned silent for three days. But pms stroke, with the usual crap.
Feeling lonely, sad and in need of a hug.
But instead of telling, I turn silent, thinking I am a needy, annoying nuciens.
So business as usual.
Yesterday the blow in of the onions really cheerd me up! @IronSoldier16 you crashed this place! Better then some bat! You hear me @framos1792 (have you read your story? ) And consistent as ever @jrtrussell and @chigokurosaki
And @gatsie showed up too! Corona makes things happen!
Love to you all! Stay strong and healthy! Some time to enjoy the peace! The clear night sky! The silence!
And this to us all!
Because you are there!
No more!
No less!
We are allowed outside but in our gardens OR for one form of exerciseā¦ also saw two 8 month old black cats and my cat, (Squeaky) came round to have a look and sat near them. I nearly cried as he was such a good cat to them
Itās the same here but itās better to stay home if you donāt need to go out. I had to meet 2 colleagues to get their keys and managed to have a quick stroll in a nearby park. I am meeting my manager tomorrow to hand him those keys (and mine) so we might go for a walk as wellā¦
The sad thing is that in the park I work at everyone has been complaining that people donāt keep their distance and they donāt mind others. If that doesnāt change they will shut the park. I definitely donāt want that to happen.
