What Iām doing on my cheatdays? I eat some of my favorite foods, snacks and sweets, which I havenāt for a long time - for example Burgers, Chicken wings, Fries, Pizza, chocolate, cookies, cake, Schnitzel and drinking a couple of beers. Maybe check out the photos below
Yeah, I eat fruits and vegetables very often from Monday till Friday, so Iām really healthy and also bc of my huge weightloss of 22 kilogram

Today I was shopping for groceries.
Totally different from 5 days ago. Back then, it was like winter sail, people were shuffling, pushing, grabbing things, talking. It already felt like they stoke up for the end of the world.
Today it was slow, careful, distancing and totally silent.
I donāt know, but it felt even more creepy.
Yes, it getting serious and even the last one seems to realise it.
So we have still no curfew.
That is already different in the south of Germany.
In the town of my Grandma the hospital had called out state of emergency. Every 16 intensive beds are full with Corona patients. They running out of safety clothings for the staff. 5 of this patients are from the retirement home my grandma has room arrest now. It is a big place, 3 blocks with 12 floors. But she said, she could hear that two persons were transported through her hallway.

Iām getting really cheesy in this post, but i have to add to this: Linkin Park is what makes me feel alive. Yeah, itās so weird, the days(except yesterday, Chesterās birthday)are not different from each other, i kind of feel that iāll forget how to talk to other human beings that arenāt my familyā:joy:
I can imagine, and i donāt lose hope, but also three years isnāt that long for a band to finally come back, sure, a lot happened, but i think they still need more time(if they ever decide to come back). But i just hope theyāll do what makes them all happy, and for most of the time that was making music, so maybe theyāre gonna make music together againš

Thank you! Your cheat days sound very delicious. Itās amazing to still eat nice things but be healthy. I think particularly given the virus we all need to be more healthy and giving up smoking and rubbish foods will benefit our resilience to these types of infections. Iām hopeful going forward we will all take this as motivation to live more cleanly and healthier

@LP13413 @Linkineli @HakManLP Yes structure is a massive thing now. Iām trying to break my day into units of time to keep myself sane. At the moment we can still go to shops and outdoor spaces but very much at a distance from others and not like normal daily life. But one thing Iāve noticed is we are very adaptable as humans and itās amazing to see how weāve managed to adjust our lives for the greater good. However, if I start to go crazy Iāll be sure to let you all know first 
Yes exactly. Having a shared love of music is something that almost allows you to talk to others on a deeper level. I think there are worse things to wear which really are just about showing off how wealthy or fashionable you are rather than wearing a band t-shirt which is about your passion for their music and allowing what the music stands for represent you. Linkin Park are about being honest about the dark times and also fighting through them. Being a LP soldier is about strength and love. Great words here @Linkineli
