Off Topic:
I remember that I made a promise that day. Even though it was hard or I felt empty and broken inside of me, I’d try to smile each time I listened to this song, not just for the message itself, but Chester and by myself.

Sometimes I can’t hold on and OML tears me down, I accept it. But the majority of the time OML makes me smile :slight_smile: I’d like that everyone, some day, can smile while watch the video.

My favorite thing about that video is watching how they grew and evolved as a unit. All their hardships through the Hybrid Theory touring, through Meteora and growing their fan base and connecting so many lives together along the way. Joe and Mark did an outstanding job in not only obviously showcasing Chester, but showing how hard they’ve worked to get where they are today. For that reason, I always smile when I watch it, and it always brings back the memories I had growing up with them as well.

On topic, on Google Maps, looking for quiet spots to write and think.

thats what I do too, but sometimes it catches and hits me hard.

like @LP13413 wrote, I love how they grew up and evolved. The song has such a strong meaning und helps me often, but then you see them or chester smile, joking around and you think: damn, this a moment again, that I can’t get over it :disappointed_relieved::persevere:

Oml will always be something special for me… :heart: And a reminder that time passes so fast that this anniversary reminds me again to live for the moment … and we make him proud soldiers- each and every day- one for the other - sharing the love and support the way he learned us… :blush::hugs: - family of our own choice :muscle:t2: And this is what OML and the vid stands for - I’m very thankful for this :heart_eyes:
