5 daaa, dam, da, daaa
Wow!
Would be a long obligation to ring that bell
My boss called that everything was fine and thanked me for taking such good care of her farm.
And after that she lectured me that I should take more care of myself, that I work to much, travel to much, be the strong, helping one in the family, it’s to much.
When another shepherd says things like that
OT
met my grandmother yesterday. And her mood was quit exhausting. She is 91 and sometimes,
she needs a lot of calming me, with happy, light talking.
At one point, I checked the forum. She saw me and asked what I was reading. I said massages. And she, but way this look?
And I knew what she ment, cause the photographer had captured it, me while I’m on here, weird relaxed happy smile on my face. So I tried to explain the concept of forum and internet friendship to here. And in the end, she said: Handeling this stuff the way you do it, it sounds not that bad.
Later I had dinner with my stepdad, his wife, his guru and her husband. The guru is actually one of those awakened enlightened people who also holds satsang and seminars. And we are just friends.
I was looking forward to this. Being in their company is always calming and relaxing.
On the other side, I was a little nervous, cause wath would they say to my whole recurrent depressive symptomatic diagnosis. Maybe she would think thats therapist nonsense?
And of cause, my anxiousness was totally unnecessary. She was totally understanding, they all were. And she said to me after dinner, that I can come to her, when ever I want. And that I look so beautiful, wide open, and me, as I am.
Yeah! No more hiding! Not the pain, not the overbording, not the me!
Thanks to you all!!
I didn’t even register how much hiding I practiced before. Probably cause I also did the hiding for myself. Not doing it makes me wide open, vulnerable, much more aware of the pain. And is in that very exhausting. But my feelings say, it is the right way.
Love and strength to all of you!
Good morning family I made it I survived the big fad italian birthday party … I skipped 3 dishes and it was only half of the pain I expected… but seriously it was like I expected it, from 12:30 - 16:00 food nonstop, the party is over and we’re getting ready to drive back home finally- holiday season about to end here too,
so I really feel you @rickvanmeijel - have a good restart today
Safe travels @evooba

Ot: getting ready for an extended shopping trip
@LP13413 ohh - hope you don’t have to suffer- good morning and I hope you’re having a good day
I feel you @theearlywalker! I’m exhausted! Wedding shenanigans were insane and lasted for too long. I think I’ve slept a total of 20 or so hours in 4 nights. Have a safe trip back as well.
At the airport right now, flying back in a while.
EDIT: This is officially the worst flight I’ve been in and we haven’t even taken off yet.
Stay strong and thank you
Good morning all and happy Monday!
doesn’t even feel like it! I’m sure Thursday when we are setting up is when I’ll finally start thinking its finally about to happen.
Would have to take shifts each person gets 50 days before passing it off lol. Hey just found a new forum topic!
@anna834 That sounds like a busy but fun filled day! I’m sure at 91 your grandma has had many fun experiences and is living a very fulfilled life! Next time you see her tell her your lp family says hello :smile
I’ve never met a guru either, I always have though. Not sure why but would just like to try and see things from their point of view. Would be so interesting.
@derek basically its you man cave now right?
Not too bad of an idea having one! [quote=“theearlywalker, post:7351, topic:40470”]

Woo! You didnt explode from all the food
Glad you had a fun time and hope you make it home safely! (Or already have) have a good Monday as well!
@rickvanmeijel still happy to see you checking in!
Hoping school goes well for you!
Hey @drounzer it’s a hard adjustment! But it’ll be fun too. You get so much freedom living on your own. But I totally get how it can be hard and lonely! Your LP family’s got you anytime you need someone to talk with or just goof about!
Ot: well its technically a holiday in the US so no work today, but my week long vacation… No probably preperation that’s the right word… has begun. On one side no work until Tuesday of next week but on the other… all the wedding preparations… this morning I start the day just relaxing outside in the hammock with a cup of coffee. Ready to see what craziness is thrown my way!
As always I hope everyone has a great Monday!
Thank you so much all!! Wasn’t too bad for a first day. Take care
For the first time since last Sunday, I have absolutely nothing going on today. The Yankee game is currently in a rain delay, so I’m relaxing with Thurman.
Happy Labor Day! In the States, today marks the unofficial end of summer. I still need to reattach my tire to my bike.
EDIT: I forgot to mention, my schedule goes back to normal starting this week. I go back on nights!
Thanks man i know that i need to adjust myself. It will take some time, it was just very hard yesterday, mentally and emotionally. So I need to get it out and it’s very warming to hear all of you support me
thank you. I needed to hear that.
You are back home? How was the trip? Got some sleep?
Sometimes that is very nice…
Yes, I’m back. Thank you
I’m off to bed. Need to get up early tomorrow.
And make time to find a new job, still searching for it.
Much love family take care of yourself
I am home, in bed already. Tiring few days so hoping work won’t be crazy tomorrow.
Good morning guys- still late but earlier than the last few weeks- last day of our staying here in Italy and Giuliana and I- we both can’t wait to finally get back home , I mean it’s nice to meet family… and it’s nice to go and say so long again-

@drounzer you’re more than welcome- I’m happy you have the trust to reach out here- sending you strength and I absolutely agree with Justin- it’s a good feeling to close the door behind you and it’s closed until YOU open it again
Ot: & & - back to normal routine almost

And this goes out to all of you- try to take things easy today guys- I’ll try it too-
Good morning to you all!!!

Wait till you have daughters, you will be so in need of this
I can so picture this
She has, she visited old Maya civilization places in Mexico, pyramids in Egypt, climbed the Chinese wall …and was the person in my live that is always there for me. Always. So I’m not complaining about giving her strength now, be there for her. That it is exhausting is just a statement. Actually that I look for farms to work on that far in the South is due to her. I want the opportunity to visit her at least once a month.
I’m not sure you can really get their point of few when you aren’t there. But to be around is so relaxing, and she can bring every mind construct you have to crumble down. Leave you in a state of: there aren’t any problems, really.
Always! good luck in finding a fitting job!
@Fravaco it’s been a month today since your MIA miss you
A big Anna hug @anomalia @anngelenee @lpaniist and a nearly one @annejprado
Safe travels! And welcome home!
Taking this to put some money in the unasked sheep story jar:
Last evening, I arrived on the farm back in the Eifel.
The flock was near the house and already then not really happy with their grass. But the boss said, it’s all fine.
I retired early and woke up early too. Thought I have plenty of time for some and morning greetings.
But a car came right to my trailer, there are sheep running the street.
Jump out of the bed, in the clothes, at least a few, call the dogs, jump the car and rais off.
And really sheep on the street, few running left, few right, few down the valley and irritated cars in between.
I gathered the sheep on the street, helped the cars to pass.
And shoved this sheep to the rest in the valley.
Devil’s flock!!
Not really, it’s not there fault that they are the way they are.
So then I called my boss cause the way back was a little tricky.
He had to jump his bed too but he is used to this.
And we brought them back.
Now I have some time. No way they will graze on there hillside grass after this nice valley adventure.
To all the working people! Strength!
To the others, enjoy!
Oh, I don’t mean it that way, all, enjoy your work too!
Oh woow- good that nothing serious happened - hope the rest of the day goes calmer - stay strong
I see that you have a small speep rebelion Hang on there!
Hugs to you
Good morning guys!
Back at work today, lots of catching up to do and deal with stuff. So far it’s been a quiet morning so I’ll see how the day goes.
Behind the laptop searching for a job with some coffee in a LP mug.
It has been a busy day with work. It begin to rain, that was awful because i had to work outside on a ladder. so when i was done with the job… you can guess… it stopped raining. so yeah, i was a little pissed off about it, because we had to finish the job, otherwise we would work behind schedule. And we didn’t want that.
So now taking it easy and warm myself up with coffee.
Good morning!
And good night!
Had not that much sleep and weirdest of dreams.
Still, I don’t know.
So just in short.

Love your singing!
Thanks a lot. It did.
Decided, if you sheep cost that much trouble when I’m not around, then I can handle trouble when I’m there. So I skipped fencing the hills and tendet instead. And it did work! Dogs and me kept the control!
Welcome home to you and some more relaxing days!
They really do. They rot together at the fence, start yelling, louder and louder. Fire themselves up. And at one point one is jumping and floodgates are open.
Had a lot of missbehaved flocks during the years but never ever one like this. but I enjoy the challenge. Just not a six in the morning or late at night.
Big hug back!! hope you are doing good
So, stay strong everyone!
And love
@theearlywalker My bike is fixed! I put the wheel back on it this morning.
On topic, going to bed after a long night at work.
Goodnight @LP13413
OT: Getting ready to go to work. New workmate today, i hope everything will go well and that the worm i have at work won’t turn her into a little devil.
It is the challenge! I can’t imagine myself doing that, dogs have to be a good helpers btw
Im good, have a chill morning, how is yours?
