Well didn’t break anything so thats a huge plus
I think the worst is either the giant welt on my side or the shot that pelted me on the side of the head no marks left but it’s very tender lol.
As far as I know no blood was drawn, I know a few of the other guys got a few large marks lol. The guy in front (grey shirt) got it in the neck, so I think he takes the trophy for best (worst?) hit of the day

You got away lucky, though you’re currently in the stage where injuries that you didn’t even know you had will start surfacing . I’ve been paintballing three times and all three times I’ve just gotten splattered.
My worst injuries were probably getting shot in the palm and the back of the hand (on the same hand) in the space of 30 secs. The one on the back of my hand drew blood, they gave me the same gun by conincidence for the next match. I knew it was my gun because it was still covered in my blood.
I feel for him.
The other worst one was when I got shot about 3cm away from my throat on bare skin from like 5m away. That was easily the most painful. I think I even posted about it. I’ll go find it now…

Both the throat and back-of-the-hand shots left marks for a couple of months after.
The funniest thing that happened was probably when I got shot in the face so much that I couldn’t see where I was going and walked face first into a door frame. 
Paintballing’s a blast though.

Another crazy day at work. Today was actually really busy and the heat didn’t help. Had a lot of problems too (missing money etc!). Obviously I didn’t make it to the concert. I’m supper bummed about it to be honest. I booked it more than 3 months ago and my manager said I could go but no… anyway.
I will try to sleep as much as possible and rest. Two more full days till I’m on holidays.

Lol good point, I know I have a few spots where it’s pretty tender and you wouldn’t be able to tell just by looking at it
This was my first time paintballing, but used to always play with airsoft guns, which depending on the gun hurt like a [spoiler]bitch[/spoiler], so I though hey paintballs wont be as bad right?.. I was wrong they hurt so much more, but was so worth it.

One of my grooms men told me he was gonna aim for the throat of the grey shirt man and put him back in the hospital. (Little back story, they are related – Uncle/ Nephew – and just have that brotherly type bond… grey shirt was in the hospital probably like 6 or 7 years ago and was struck by lighting – Not shitting you lol–)
Funny thing was he wasn’t the one to get that shot in
I have quite a few good stories from just that portion of the night but I won’t go on and on about it all

oh definitely! I wouldn’t mind going again! I know the one i just went to has an open house where all 5 courses that connect are merged into one giant battle field… seriously debating on going!

Never played with airsoft, I’ve been paintballing multiple times because I got a good deal on like 20 tickets that lasted 2 years. I suspect paintballs hurt more because they’re heavier and carry more momentum as well as exterting more force on impact, and the impact area is bigger.
I don’t know how good the guns you had were, but the ones I used were terrible in every way. No two shots went even in roughly the same direction. It was by complete miracle that I once managed to put two consecutive rounds in some poor guy’s mouth through a gap the size of a letterbox from 10m away.
Bloody hell. Reminds me of this CCTV video of an actual terminator.
If you’ve got the time and money, go for it. I trust by now you’ve realised that the ticket prices are fiarly inexpensive because they get you with the ammo prices. The first time I went, I ate through well over 1K rounds for the whole day. The other times I managed to cut it down to a 500 round bundle with some grenades that they had on a deal at the time.

After a rather-productive day at work, I took my bike out for a ride after work, and I ended up rolling home with a flat front tire.
My sister also picked me up, and we met our dad, aunt and grandparents for dinner.
My grandparents just moved in with my aunt, back into their old home this past Friday. They were living on their own in Florida for years, but my grandpa (92) was due to renew his driver’s license last month. He was taken on a driving course, and he failed. Numerous times. In one of the last chances that he was given, he actually passed, and was able to keep his license.
A couple weeks or so later, him and my grandma were in their car, and he runs a light that he thought was green. It wasn’t. Miraculously, they both managed to escape with a couple bruises. The car on the other hand…
So that was kind of his wake-up call, which was really the catalyst for the both of them to pack up and move back up north.

@LP13413 thanks for sharing. You have to renew your licence at a certain age? That is a good thing. My grandmother is know 91 and she can’t really walk that well anymore cause of dizziness due to a stroke. So she drives and no one dares to interfere, cause it would take her independence.

Another busy and hot day at work today. My manager somehow managed to hurt his foot even more and has now been told to rest for at least 3 days. We did a few things for the coming days but he’s taking tomorrow off (since I will be there) as an extra day before the madness.
I managed to do laundry and prep a few things once I got home and now I’m finally sitting down to have dinner. Hopefully the weather cools down so I can get a few hours of sleep.

Yesterday was a normal, quite, well behaved sheep day and it was just perfect!
This night again, Camille, my cat, decided to present me a mouse right after I was really off. And she makes quite a ruckus! Gives loud brrrrrrr brrrrr and kicks the mouse through the room. At least she didn’t jump the bed and kicked it under the blanket. Never bin that fast up!
But maybe Camille knew that I had to be up? 
So I was right on time for @chigokurosaki first two song presentation!
