I had a great start to the day. Walked in to work and my manager gave me a massive hug and quietly asked if today is the day and if that’s the reason I wanted to leave early. I said yeah and told him what we’re doing and he said it’s amazing we choose to spend a day like this doing fun things and wished us all a great time. I just left, on my way to go meet everyone else!

Staying inside from the awful heat and humidity, and watching the Yankee game.
It’s currently 88°F (31°C) outside, and we’re in for another hot, unsettled day tomorrow. I might have to jump in the pool before bed tonight.

Today was incredible! It’s such a happy, fun day full of laughter and friends. (I might post some photos from the meet-up later in the week).

I only just recently got ig because someone convinced me 
Ot: decided to kind of stay away yesterday 
there’s days where stupidity is uncalled for 
Anyway had a blast on Friday night watching one ok rock 
so much energy! And then after the show me and lil bro got to meet taka 
he walked out ninja like, shook our hands went 
and ran into a car before all the fan girls reached him I was like noooo I have nothing to show for it 
then like half an hour later he showed up again and talked with us for a little while, took a pic with my bro and did me a favor on a personal little greeting video super cool dude!

Then last night went to a little meet in Berkeley in the Bay Area, only 5 of us were there after another handful didn’t make it but was still pretty chill,
Drink and bite after and talked for a few hours
LP fans are the best!
Overall kinda feel the same way about the day as mike said in post, the day doesn’t need to be marked or if it is marked then it should be about coming together with others and enjoying the camaraderie instead of seeing it with sadness
