Ot. Well I’m up for the day still coffeeless but I’ll maybe try the iced coffee idea from @theearlywalker and @evooba

Two days left on this farm. And it feels sad. Its so good here. In every corner I find memories from the previous years. What struggles I had with this big flock. Way ofer 1000 and so not used to strangers. But now, with all the experience from other farms and really misbehaving sheep its like a walk in the clouds. They just graze all day long and I am lying in the grass, reading, lurking, dreaming, sleeping. And a little work around it.

Edit: had to bring this last sentence. Still not comfortable taking good things. Reminder to mayself: just accept the good stuff! You totally deserve it!

So the best new week to all!
And to the other side, enjoy the last of your Sunday!

Finally a good morning to you all! :coffee: :sunny:

What a days start! Got up early, had promised a neighbour sheep farmer to come for a cafe. (Yeah, as if I had slept longer otherwise :unamused: )
I run to the barn, did my chores and put my dogs in the car, closed the door.
Then I realised that the handle was broken.
Great! Door closed, Dogs inside.
Cancelled the meeting and phoned a little.
I can’t even let the sheep out, without the dogs.
Found a car repair service and waited there till the opening.
And luckily enough, he could break the whole handle away and hooked the bowden (is that the right word), so now the door is working again. Didn’t even charge me. Also could have done it myself probably.
So now its to late for cafe but to early to let the sheep out.
Just time :relaxed:
Last day on this farm.

@anna834 Damn doors! Glad it’s sorted now.

I’m off today, finally. Enjoying a quiet morning at home (lots of coffee of course), have an appointment at the GP later.
My manager also has a meeting at one of our other locations today which happens to be next to my house (literally a 10min walk) and I’m supposed to attend. Wasn’t sure if I’d go but he texted earlier, apparently something important happened and it’d be good if I dropped by instead of waiting till Saturday to talk about it. So I’ll do that this late afternoon. That place has good coffee and cakes so it’ll make up for it :slight_smile:

In the meantime, I will try to get all my paperwork done. I really need to focus and finish it!

Sounds great!! So happy for you! Saw them a few years ago. They were awesome!! My friend saw them when they were support act for (I think it was Megadeth, but not sure about it). So you can imagine it was maybe about more than 30 years ago. Would be really nice to see some pics!

OT: Well Finally back to work after about 5 days… I’m not sure I know how to work anymore :joy::joy: I DO have my first cup of coffee today :tada::tada: so thats my little celebration! yay!!
Also the year of luck is continuing for me as of now. Found out yesterday that I won tickets to go see Disturbed in a few weeks!! So I’m really excited there :star_struck:
