Yeah, be careful @alz89!!! Did you see a professional dietician for it? Sometimes it’s not healthy to do such hard diet because when you eat normally again you get back the weight you lose (or more because your body has been on privation too long).

Just got back from NYC a couple hours ago. Was staying at my friend’s apartment 1/2 a mile from Pier 17. Went to Mike’s show Saturday night which was so incredible. Unfortunately, I had an anxiety attack while leaving the venue and ended up NY Presbyterian Hospital for the rest of the night and was not allowed to drive home until this morning. Now I’m just trying to go to sleep. Still totally worth it all!!
