After a full day of work this morning, I spent the remainder of my day relaxing. It was also Thurman’s birthday today! He received a couple new toys, and my mom even made a cake.
He’s 13! And it cat years, that makes him about 69 years old.

On topic: i was lost to a smal trip with my parents it was fun!! I enjoyed a lot. Stayed one night. I bought 4 big novels . I came jn morning and worked around the house a bit. Just sat relaxing.

Goodmorning everyone my psychologist told me that whenever I found out I was hiding again and isolating myself, I should do something about it asap, but that’s really hard sometimes… Here it’s somehow easier so I’m starting here
Had a mentally terrible day yesterday. My husband came home from work at 2:30 in the morning last night, he woke me up and he asked if I needed to lay with him for a moment 
just lying in his arms made me cry but it also made me feel better so the reminder of that made this morning start better too and I realized I was isolating myself again.
So today I’m going to enjoy the lovely Dutch weather, I’m going to take a walk outside in the afternoon and I’m going to make sure today will be a better day than yesterday I can do this!

Update: my friend has opened the card!
(For those who didn’t know: I have a friend who had tickets to see LP for his first time in August 2017; needless to say that concert never happened. When I knew there was a chance I could get to meet Mike I thought I could do something for him. So I asked Mike to sign a postcard and gave him my friend’s name and all. I posted it to my friend without telling him what I was sending him.)
He just opened it at the end of his latest stream. He was happy with it, which makes me glad
