The MTV part makes me think that it’s one of the weird Reanimation videos, because I don’t know any other video MTV would own, but the part about Chester means he was obviously in it, which the band wasn’t in most of those videos. The cigar thing also sounds more recent, post Meteora.

MTV “had” the rights owing to which FUSE wasnt able to play them initially. Also, she has “numb” written on her arms. Now someone else give a vid.
